Harvey J Hair guarantees superb quality and 100% real human hair weft extensions. All of our products are a genius weft and include a three month warranty for Pro Members. 

The warranty is limited to hair “crawling” or “looping.” Crawling is when the hair mats upwards on itself. This is typically noticed with in the first few weeks after install. Warranty is void if extensions were colored or installed by a non-licensed professional.

Pro Membership is available to all licensed cosmetologists and students. Pro Membership includes this three month warranty provided membership is maintained for the entirety of the warranty period and there is no lapse between the purchase date of hair in question and when a claim is made. In order to ensure warranty coverage that the membership program includes, a $10, $20, $45 or $90/month recurring billing agreement. Enrollment can be updated at any time.
