Why choose a genius weft?

The comparison between a genius weft and a hand tied weft is where things start to really get interesting. 

After reading the other blog post talking about machine tied and hand tied wefts, we discovered major differences between the two. One of the biggest differences is machine tied wefts can be cut anywhere along the seam, whereas hand tied wefts can't be cut along the seam.

I hear you asking, "Why can't we just have the best of both worlds?" The genius weft has entered the chat.

The genius weft is going to lay flat to the head just like a hand tied weft does, however you CAN cut the weft anywhere along the seam. This is crucial in order for us stylist to make the installation super customizable to our salon guest's head size.

Another amazing fact about the genius weft is the fact that they don't have those small hairs at the top of the weft, called the return (some stylists refer to this as the "mustache.")
